  remove vg which was created by fai inside a loop device

fai itself cannot remove the vg, since we first need to remove the
loop device, which is done in fai-diskimage. fai-diskimage needs the
name of the vg. Therefore fai writes this information into the
/var/run/fai/vgremove.$PPID file. fai-diskimage is the parent process
and can then remove the vg.
