  make adding class DHCPC dynamic, it depends on the ip parameter

This may be not perfect right now, since there are many combination
for the ip= kernel command line parameter.

Bug report: I'm just stumbling with a fai -N softupdate. It fails due to a
missing directory:

   mount.nfs: mount point /var/lib/fai/config does not exist

  use ifup instead calling dhclient and setting a fixed IP
