[LCP-meeting] LCP Meeting - schedule update - next meeting will be on 2nd August - safe the date

Dear all,

please find attached the amended meeting schedule. The next meeting will be
on 2nd August at the usual 12:30 pm at house 16 where Florian Malchers (AG
Thomas) will talk. Topic / title will be announced shortly.

Please be reminded of the following routines with regards to future
meetings:
* the scheduled goup organizes a speaker within their group. The appointed
speaker should announce the topic / title of the meeting a few days in
advanced using the LCP distribution list. In case no speaker of the
scheduled group is available on the date, the responsible group should
organize a substitute early in advance.
* the reporting group also needs to organize payment for the pizza and check
with Katja Ruge appropriate ordering amounts in advanced.
