Die Kleinstcomputer bewegen Motoren und regulieren Sensoren. Sie sind heutzutage schnell und einfach mittels visueller Programmiersprachen ansprechbar. Im Kunstbereich ist sicher der in Italien entwickelte Arduino das bekannteste Modell und mittlerweile gibt es zahlreiche Performances und Kunstprojekte, die Microcontroller einsetzen. Am Beispiel des Calliope mini, der für den Einsatz in Schulen entwickelt wurde, zeigt sich, wie Kunst, Maker-Bewegung und ästhetische Bildung zusammenkommen. Mit dem Calliope mini sollen digitale Mündigkeit und handlungsorientierte Projektarbeit verstärkt auch im Kunstunterricht gefördert werden.<br class=""></div><div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 12px;" class=""><span class=""></span><br class=""></div><div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class=""><span class="">Nora Perseke studierte in Bremen, Bologna und Berlin. Ihr Forschungsschwerpunkt war die Untersuchung von Relationen zwischen Kulturtheorie und kultureller Wirklichkeit. An der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin erwarb sie einen Master in Kulturwissenschaft. Seit 2015 arbeitet sie im Team der EU Code Week am Design Research Lab der Universität der Künste Berlin. Die Code Week ist eine europäische Graswurzelinitiative, die Programmierkenntnisse spielerisch und kreativ an Kinder, Jugendliche und alle Interessierten vermittelt.
